I would be interested in the hats but as I have a gigantic head, the fit might not be right. I'm thinking of taking a beginner knitting class.

Seems like a perfect way to spend a weekend afternoon. It's rare for me to find a hat that's comfy on my head, but these are sure fun to look at!

ReplyDeleteI love holiday bazaar's which feature local artisans - outside of books, I favor making a gift myself, and if that isn't possible I prefer to buy a gift made my a local artist!
I like your "i took the handmade pledge" badge - in fact, I think I may have to borrow it for the holiday season!!!!

ReplyDeleteWe have our village Christmas festival this evening when the main street through the village is closed and everyone throngs (or thongs if you prefer!) to listen to carols, jazz, eat chestnuts and drink mulled wine. All the shops stay open and it is great fun.
