Oh my, I am drooling! I used to make all my own preserves... grew the veg myself etc, but I don't have a garden any more.... or a big family to feed. It all looks SO YUMMY!
I've been craving Brussels sprouts for the past six months, so I've been eating them several times a week. I've also learned how to spell them. Before that, collard greens - especially the stems.
That looks just wonderful! I think yours looks better than the one in the book.

Wow. This makes me very hungry. Fortunately I'm going to an open air market tonight and should be able to eat some yummy local fare.
