THe peppers wou...tut-tut, what a wonderful harvest! THe peppers would do well in a salad( about 1/2" length-wise slices and de-seeded )or well on their own with some ranch dip...<br /><br />Mom likes to take the tomatoes, stew them up and mix 'em in with cooked pasta elbows( the casserole size ). Makes for a nice, light side dish; pepper to taste.<br /><br />And you can't go wrong with green beans...steamed al dente with a touch of butter and garlic...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
