I wasn't familiar with her, but I read her bio to see what I missed. It sounds like "My Little Margie" was a blast of a show! Can't listen to the music today cause I'm in the office. :-(
JGH:You were not in elementary school (or perhaps not even born) to enjoy all kinds of 1950s sitcoms when you stayed home from school (Love That Bob, Make Room for Daddy, Dobie Gillis, et al.) like I did.
Never saw her, but I always liked Leave it to Beaver. I still do.
tut-tut, Silver Fox pointed this out to me. Sad loss, indeed. Glad to see a few of us remember ,after the type of celeb week it's been. Gale will be missed...
fond memories of watching my little margie with my mom
I wish they had a channel that ran reruns from the different years, it would be fun to watch some of them again. So sad that she passed away, I had not heard this until now, way too much about MJ passing away. Thank you for sharing this copy of TV Guide with us.God bless.
Wow! Great copy of a TV guide. I, of course, also didn't know her but, like Mrsupole, I would love to watch all those re-runs of old comedies. They are just the best.MD episode 32 is now online. It is going to be some time before we e-mail you so I just as well let you know now I'm here. X
Hi Tut! Hope all is well...
I never heard of her, but I did see her on Merle's blog. (I think) This is my busiest time and now I just got called for jury duty (I served 2 years ago, was even a juror, but those in charge say that was federal and this is local, so they say I have to come in. It doesn't seem right to me, but what the hell, not worth bitching about.
