Some images from the table. Thanks for the pictures, L. We had a full day cooking:
- turkey
- stuffing (Niedlov's own mix with Alchemy Spice herb mix)
- mashed potatoes
- a cranberry/orange relish, made from a recipe from that day's paper including, of all things, a jalapeno pepper
- roasted butternut squash
- Brussels sprouts gratin (in lovely cream)
- pearl onions in a mustard/brown sugar glaze
- giblet gravy (well, turkey-neck-meat gravy; there was no giblet packet in our Eberley turkey cavity!)
- pumpkin pie

What beautiful pictures! Thanks for sharing!
What a beautiful dinner and table!
Sounds very similar to my American family's menu -- except for the Brussels sprouts; they had peas for the "green" vegetable, and sweet potatoes rather than butternet squash.
It all sounds delicious...
Looks beautiful. Looks like you have some pretty heirloom dishes and tableware.
gorgeous food photos!!
the menu sounds divine! I missed having brussels sprouts - they are always part of t-day when we host.
the cranberry/orange relish sounds yummy - if you don't mind post/comment on the name of the paper the recipe was in maybe it's available online....
This reminds me of my life, that is, if I had Thanksgiving dinner with family/friends.
Sounds absolutely the yummiest!
