A Variety for July

I almost got all of it; three rolls total, I believe.

Pee Wee has been belted in for weeks; sometimes I forget he's there.
The police were quite taken aback when they came to check out the flashlight wielder in the middle of the night and saw him sitting there in the dark.

Actual produce from our vegetable patch and containers. I was very impressed by the peppers, especially. We are getting a bumper crop of tomatoes and green beans. Any suggestions?

tut-tut, what a wonderful harvest! THe peppers would do well in a salad( about 1/2" length-wise slices and de-seeded )or well on their own with some ranch dip...

Mom likes to take the tomatoes, stew them up and mix 'em in with cooked pasta elbows( the casserole size ). Makes for a nice, light side dish; pepper to taste.

And you can't go wrong with green beans...steamed al dente with a touch of butter and garlic...

Hey Toots! Nice to see you posting again. Great produce . . one word just add onion and a courgette and you have "Ratatouille" sounds posh ey? What on earth is Pee Wee doing on your back seat?

Hi Tuts,
Veggies from the backyard taste much better than the crap we buy in the stores.
Eat them raw!
And like Baino asked, what's up with PeeWee in your car?
Just wonderin'....

Mmmmm! Fresh veggies! Yeah, it's getting to be that time of year.

Poor Pee Wee! Are you running water out to him from time to time?

I love Pee Wee in the back seat. Is that so you can use the commuter lane?

I think I could live in that admissions office!

What a gorgeous harvest, too. What kind of tomato is that?! Does Pee Wee like green beans?

I would send you my dad's tomato soup recipe, but it's all in his head.

I'll try and pry it out of him.
