yesterday

Dinner wasn't half bad, if I do say so myself. The turkey's cooking time may have been hastened, however, if D had realized that the top of the roasting pan was nestled within the bottom of the roasting pan, thus supplying a nice layer of insulation from the heat . . . . and this isn't the first time, either!

Don't feel bad - we once came home expecting a hot dinner from the crock pot and found it had been set on "Stand By" all day! Talk about late dinners!

Hope you had a lovely day - your tablesetting sure is. xox

Hi. I haven't been commenting on blogs for so long that I feel like an intruder. I kind of like your day by day approach...

Tonight I was feeling tired of Facebook and Twitter and went back to some old blogging buddies. It's interesting to see who's still going strong (not that many): who's flailing (many); who's inactive -- I'm in that category.
